In this role, you'll be:

• The Strategist: Partnering with leadership to craft a talent development plan that'll make us the envy of the HR world.

Bonus points if you have:

• A degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree a major plus!)


• 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years supervisor experience.

• The ability to speak fluent "HR jargon" while also explaining it to non HR people.


• A knack for turning data into actionable insights (think "data whisperer").


• The communication skills of a rockstar presenter (think TED Talk meets stand-up comedy).


• The ability to build relationships like a pro because teamwork makes the dream work.


• A love of learning and a hunger for staying ahead of the HR curve.
